Classroom Party

PTO Funded Reimbursement Process:

  1. All classes are offered $10 per student as a budget for the 3-4 classroom parties during the school year. For example, if your student’s teacher has 19 kids, your budget is $190 for the entire school year (Sep-Jun). The number of parties is decided by that grade’s teachers.

  2. For each party, assign ONE parent to be the Classroom Treasurer (CT). CT will be responsible for making all the purchases for each class party.

  3. It is recommended to split the funds evenly across all the parties and if additional supplies are needed, parents can be asked to pitch in for additional party supplies and foods. The PTO funded reimbursement should always be used first.

  4. After each class party, the assigned CT will submit a reimbursement request here or go to: https://gforms.app/r/JxtiFeH. Please attach copies of all receipts and include the teacher’s name in the notes section. Reimbursement will be made within 10-15 days via Venmo, Zelle, or by check.
